Bespoke Post Reviews
What is Bespoke Post?
Bespoke Post is a subscription box with men as their primary market with Bombfell as a direct competitor. They send monthly boxes to their members which contain a variety of items, all intended to build a suave and better quality of life.
The company is based in New York City and has been in business for about 6 years now. Currently, they have more than 100,000 members.
Steve Szaronos and Rishi Prabhu found Bespoke Post. Their company has over 40 employees as of today and they continue to expand their services.
What we really like the most about their subscription is they didn’t say that it’s “for men”. If you visit their website, you’ll never see any content saying that it’s exclusively for dudes. Such gender sensitivity is a plus point for us.

What’s in the box?
There are a lot of items that you can get in each box per month. Each month, Bespoke Post releases a list of their new boxes which the customers can choose from. As of this writing, they have the following box options and more:
*Weekender Box
This has a special edition weekender bag where you can stash clothes and other stuff for a weekend getaway. Take note that you’ll only get the bag and nothing’s inside except if you order individual items from the Bespoke Post shop.
*Refresh Box
This is a grooming kit consisting of a Dopp bag with MITCH 2-in-1 Shampoo and conditioner, Paste Mesh Styler, Base Light Daily Refresh Bar, Marvis Toothpaste, and Maapilim Face Cleanser.
*Chop Box
This box is far from the usual themes of subscription boxes. It has a pair of a Lamson Chinese Cleaver and a Lamson Ulu Knife. For the kitchen masters, these are a total steal for just $45 as a member.
*Carry Box
The carry box contains a Line of Trade Slim Wallet, Fisher Space Pen Co. Bullet Space Pen, and a Gerber Shard Tool. These are simple items that can be used for day-to-day purposes.
*Steam
The Steam Box is for those looking for new bathroom supplies. It has a Hateks Pestemal Bath Sheet, Ernest Supplies, and a Charcoal Bristle Bamboo Toothbrush.
*Aged Box
This box contains a cocktail aging kit and a pair of Sempli Cupa-Rocks Cocktail Tumblers.
There are more box themes in Bespoke Post like Draw, Concentrate, Hecho, Barber, Explore, Cannonball, and Essence. Each box comes with a neat theme card and sometimes, a rewards card. Also, you can get as many boxes as you can pay for each month.
You can get these boxes even if you’re not a member, but it will cost $55. If you’re a member of the club, you’ll have this for just $45. Besides, there are no contracts for membership. You can get a one-time box if you cancel right away.
What we noticed is that some boxes are worth more than $45 considering the quality of the goods. We just wish that we can customize the box to add items that we like from the shop. Anyway, you’re free to skip the monthly box and only buy items from their shop. Problem solved.
If you wish to get other items, feel free to splurge on the Bespoke Post shop. It has tons of items from clothing, shoes, to minimalist furniture and modern sprouts.
How it works
To subscribe to Bespoke Post, just click “Get Started” at the top right corner or “Join for Free” somewhere on the home page. After that, you’ll have to answer 10 questions which aim to personalize the subscription for you.
After that, you’ll be redirected to this page:
Just enter the necessary information so you can set up your account. After that, you can now order for your first box. Just choose a theme or skip if you’re not into any of the pre-set items.
Every month, you will receive an email notification that a new set of boxes are ready. If you’re not interested in getting any of these for the month, just go to your account settings and make sure that you skip for the month. If you’re interested in getting the box, you have the 1st to 5th of the month to decide which one you like.
Unlike other subscription boxes for men, Bespoke Post won’t trap you in long-term contracts. You can skip any month if you wish so.
Gifting Bespoke Post
One feature that we like is that you can send a Bespoke Post box as a gift. It’s either you send a gift card or a gift card +box. You can also send a box directly to a friend or loved one. The gifts will cost the same as your personal box. If you’re not a member, you can add this to cart for $55 each.
Also, some boxes come with an incentive card. You’ll get a reward if you successfully referred someone to sign up as a member. Gifting is an excellent way to do this!
Reasons why you should subscribe to Bespoke Post
If you’re wondering if Bespoke Post is right for you, here are some of the reasons why subscribing to their box could be worth the try:
*The items are premium
Bespoke Post isn’t just another subscription that will dump you with things that you can purchase on the local store. Their items are the real goods. Most of their box items are worth $70 but they give it for just $45 with an additional $3.95 for the shipping fee.
Also, we like the unique items that they have. For example, they have the Essence kit that lets you infuse your drink spirits with spice blends. Although there are boxes that won’t interest you, the items in it are still golden.
What we like the most is that all the items are useful. They don’t send stuff for decoration only. Most are practical and these are the stuff you simply can’t purchase for such a low price.
*You can skip the month
If you don’t like the boxes for the month or you’re short of cash, you can just skip for the month’s box. That’s it. No fuss. You don’t have to call their customer support only to tell them that you don’t want to receive any box for the month.
If you’re just purchasing the box one-time, you have the option to opt-out of the membership and just purchase the box or $55 + shipping fee (if standard free shipping doesn’t apply). It’s a flexible and low-risk subscription based on our experience.
Also, there’s no limit on how many months you can skip. You can skip the whole quarter or even the entire year. Just make sure that you set the skip every month.
*You don’t have to be a member just to access their amazing offers
One great thing about Bespoke Post is they don’t demand you to sign up for a membership just to access their shop. Even if you don’t have a member account, you can order boxes and anything on their store. Pretty nifty, right?
Enjoy alcohol-related items, cigars, outdoorsman supplies, grooming kits, clothes, shoes, kitchen supplies, and more. Most of all, their shop isn’t exclusive to men only. If you’re a lady who loves dude items, you’re free to shop around.
*Customer support is stellar
One thing we noticed – and we know many will agree – is that Bespoke Post is bent to make their customers happy. You can call, text, or email them if you have concerns about your orders.
They respond quickly and the people you’ll talk to are really nice. Somehow, it imbibes how fancy their items are.
Some reasons why you may not subscribe
As much as Bespoke Post is a suave shop, there are some tiny details that we find off. Still, these aren’t major deal-breakers. To make you an informed member, here are some of the not-so-good aspects of Bespoke Post:
*You can’t return items individually
If you ordered a Bespoke Post box, you can’t return an individual item. You have to return the whole kit/box if you want something to be changed.
This is understandable, though. Bespoke Post boxes come in a package. It’s like a receiving a box of chocolates, you can’t return one cup if you don’t like the taste, right?
Besides, all their items are useful. If it doesn’t appeal to you, you can send as a gift to a friend. Returns take up to 3 weeks – something that’s not always worth the wait.
*Delivery dates are guaranteed
We never had issues with delivery, but if you’re tied to a specific date, Bespoke Post might prove frustrating.
Bespoke Post ships all the boxes within the 6th to 15th of the month. If you’re in the 48 contiguous states, delivery would be around 4 to 7 business days. For those living in Hawaii and Alaska, delivery would take 10 to 20 business days.
Lastly, for those in Canada, shipping could take 10 to 15 days considering the custom clearing process.
Bespoke Post offers FedEx Ground and FedEx 2-day shipping aside from their standard free shipping. Just take note that they ship from Atlanta, Georgia.
If you plan to give a Bespoke Post box as a gift for a friend’s birthday, we advise that you place your order ahead of time.
Bespoke Post cost
All Bespoke Post boxes cost $45 apiece if you’re a member. If you don’t want to be a member, you can still avail the boxes for $55 each.
Aside from that, you can shop for anything from their store. There are dozens of items there that cost anywhere around $15 to $150+ depending on what you’re buying.
Also, don’t miss their offers under Sale where prices are slashed by as much as 25%. All of the items have a 60-day return guarantee.
If you avail their standard shipping in the 45 contiguous states, delivery would be free. Still, some locations and conditions may require for additional $3.95 or so for the shipping fee. Canadian customers will have to pay $10 for the shipping fee. Also, orders that are below $45 (items on the shop) will have a shipping fee of $5.
Does it deliver the goods? Is it worth it?
If you don’t mind spending $45 a month, we really think that Bespoke Post is a wonderful subscription. They have unique items, plus shipping fees are waived most of the time.
You really can’t put a price on the fun it takes to open a box and explore the new items you have. Besides, Bespoke Post takes the guesswork out of shopping around. It’s also a great shop to get your gifts for family and friends.
In case you received items that you don’t like, just keep it and you’ll surely find an occasion where it will be useful as a present. If you ordered the Carry box and you don’t like the wallet, a friend will surely do.
Final words
The Bespoke Post box is a nifty and fancy subscription that a lot of men, and even women, will love. For just $45, you’ll get a loot of goodies every month. Also, they have a shop that offers more items that you can purchase anytime.
